Shorebird’s story
Ryan Barrentine is a bartender, beverage director, and hospitality leader with nearly 20 years of experience. After a decade working in New York and years helping lead acclaimed Nashville beverage programs at The Fox Bar & Cocktail Club and Rolf and Daughters, he founded Shorebird to bring restaurant-level care and creativity to private events.
His approach is equal parts craft and operations: thoughtful drinks, realistic planning, calm execution, and genuine hospitality.
Hospitality > Everything Else
I’m obsessed with hospitality, creating amazing experiences and serving others. I believe that hospitality is a dying art, and people will continue to seek out more connection though gathering. Human experiences and connections through food and beverage are a key component of that. People will continue to gather around tables, open great bottles, drink cocktails, tell stories, and mark important moments together.
